Tuition is due and payable on the first day of the month in advance of the provided care. We reserve the right to refuse care if financial obligation has not been met. If payment is not received by the fifth day of the month your child may lose their spot. There is a 10% late payment charge if tuition is not received by the fifth day each month and a $20.00 charge for any returned check. If more than one check is returned by the bank you will be asked to pay by cash.
A first time registration fee of $40.00 is required for all enrolled children ($20.00 for each additional child within a family). This fee is required to set up your child's file, liability insurance, and curriculum. An update/supply fee of $60 will be required every September.
A two week notice is required when withdrawing a child from Hoops.
